The rate is set by your in-store total, excluding tax:
- ¥10,000 – ¥30,0005% off
- ¥30,000 and above8% off
On top comes tax-free shopping, which removes the 10% consumption tax — 8% on some products. At the higher tier, the two together come to up to 18% off.

Kokumin Drug tax-free stores. The coupon is not valid at Welcia stores, even though they are part of the same group.
Show the coupon to staff so they can scan it.
What to check
These items are excluded from the offer:
- Counselling cosmetics and branded makeup
- Prescription dispensing
- Alcohol, including Yomeishu, and tobacco
- Books and POSA cards
- Region-specific rubbish bags and waste disposal tickets
- Clearance items carrying a discount sticker
